out of scheduling your photo shoot.

Request Property Shoot

Property Photo Sessions take place Monday thru Friday from 9am to 4pm in 30 minute increments for arrival time.

**Clients are responsible to have home ready according to our “Seller’s Checklist” PRIOR to the photo shoot. If the home is not ready, client will be charged $50 for a second visit.

*All animals need to be kenneled or otherwise removed from the property at the time of the shoot. If there are loose animals on the property when we arrive we will not be able to shoot and will need to reschedule your shoot at an additional $200 rate.
